Babbacombe 26th May 2025

First dive of the season!!

Water temperature 13 degrees but great to get back in the water.

Babbacombe looking a picture, dead calm and inviting with reasonable visibility.

Two club members took the plunge, one even diving in a wet suit, brave man.

The sun shone through the 47 minute dive allowing us to see lobster, baby edible crabs, velvet swimming crab, spider crabs, scallops, wrasse, anemones. A pipefish was trying to hide in plain site. Always a joy.

We even saw a conger eel snuggled up in his hiding place under a large rock.

Thank you to my dive partner for making the day enjoyable.
