You are always apprehensive when arriving at the dive site but as we drove done the steep hill towards the beach, the sea was shimmering, dead flat clam with the anticipation of good viz.
It was the first dive of the year for two of our members who have recently join us after moving to the area. You always hope as a dive manager, the first dive is success and has the WOW factor.
Buoyancy check completed, we headed off from the breakwater towards Oddicombe.
The Viz was fantastic , at least 6 metres.
We saw lobsters, leopard goby, small edible crabs with plenty of fry.
The dive was enjoyed by our new members. We have warned them that we cannot guarantee viz look that ever time.
