The Club Annual General Meeting was held on the 31st of March at Stoodleigh Village Hall.
Thanks was given to all the committee members for their work within their roles for the last 12 months. Also thanks to the dive managers for their organisation of the diving throughout the year.
Most of the officers have been re-elected for the next 12 months.
Special thanks was given to Andy and the club trainers for their commitment and we look forward to this years diving.
We are excited to try out the newer engine on the rib when it has been fitted.
Club members were joined by family and friends afterwards for a few games of skittles preceded by supper.
Supper consisted of hot dishes along with vegetables and salad, with some superb desserts. There was a sumptuous chocolate cake (a chocoholics paradise), and trifle thanks to Sue. To compliment this there also was pavlova, cheesecake and chocolate muffins.
We ended the evening with a game of killer that became very competitive, especially between the last three players still standing. Andy came out on top winning the small cash prize.
A brilliant evening had by all.
